Your appointments and convenience are of high importance to us. If you need to cancel an appointment, we firmly require that you provide at least 24 hours notice.
Our Policy:
A cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will invoke a cancellation fee. The amount charged will be equal to 100% of the booked services.
Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment this will be considered a no-show and charged for 100% of the services booked.
Should you arrive on the wrong day or time for your appointment and cancel your original appointment that is within a 24 hour time frame, and we are unable to fill your original appointment slot you will be charged for 100% of the booked service fee.
A credit card is required to make an appointment. Cancellation & “no show” fees will be charged to the card you provide.
Lemon Head Hair Salon reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Should such a cancellation occur, a new appointment will be scheduled without any additional fees, subject to availability.
In the event of inclement weather, Lemon Head Hair Salon follows a policy prioritizing the safety of our clients and staff. If severe weather conditions make it unsafe to conduct business, such as heavy snowfall or ice storms, appointments may be rescheduled or canceled without penalty. We will make every effort to notify you promptly of any changes to scheduled appointments.
